Sunday Snippets – A Catholic Carnival

April 28, 2013

Scissors cut paperThis week I wrote about finding God in everything in The Spirit of Faith. Seems like a good topic for the Year of Faith, no?

Pope Francis had a few things to say about the mission of the Church that I commented on in To the End of the World.

At Sabbath Moments I wrote a bit about the Roman Martyrology.

How about joining all of us at This That and the Other Thing to share your posts for the week or to join in the conversation?

  7. Richard, the martyrology is contained in the hour of Prime. Scroll down past the psalms at the link. It lists many saints who died on that day. Sorry I didn’t make that more clear in the post. A book of the Roman Martyrology contains all martyrs and some saints and is available for those who use hard copy breviaries.
